Tolulope Adebutu and Olujonwo Obasanjo married in envious style over two days in Lagos. The first which took place on the 11th, was a traditional ceremony at the expensive and exquisite Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.
The second was the white wedding which took place on 13th May at a Methodist church, before driving to the reception at equally top-class Eko Suites and Hotel in a Rolls-Royce.
King Sunny Ade was present, singing the praises of Mr ex-president, attracting further spraying of money. Churchill of Bigchurch Haven and ex-husband of Tonto Dikeh was also present as a nephew to the ex-president.
Noticeably absent was the Groom’s mother, Mrs Taiwo Martins (nee Obasanjo) who earlier warned that the marriage dates were cursed. Regardless the camera-shy duo tried their best to put on a show for their guests.
