The Brit Awards 2017 is nearly here and Skepta has been nominated for 2 of some of the biggest prizes – British Breakthrough Act and Male Solo Artist.
Worth around $2,000,000, the 34 year old grime artist blew up in popularity with his Konnichiwa album which reached no.2 in the UK charts, he also signed one of the biggest global names in hip-hop – Drake – to his ‘Boy Better Know’ label.
Skepta is up against the likes of Rag’n’Bone man, Stormzy, Craig David, Michael Kiwanuka, Kano and co with the winners to be revealed live at the awards taking place at the O2 aRENA on the Wed, 22nd Feb 2017.
